Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow Kaboo’s WhatsApp Community for real estate agents in Bangalore.

• Create and schedule engaging conversations, polls, and updates to keep the community active.

• Approve new members, onboard them with welcome messages, and ensure group guidelines are followed.

• Curate and share relevant content like new project launches, resale & rental opportunities, and agent events.

• Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to post announcements, collect feedback, and share insights.

• Identify active contributors and build strong relationships with top-performing community members.

• Track engagement metrics and suggest ideas to improve participation and retention.

• Handle queries from members professionally and escalate key concerns to the founding team.

Who can apply

• Are available for a full-time (remote or hybrid) internship

• Have relevant skills and interest in community management, real estate, or startup ecosystems

Other requirements

• Any undergraduate or recent graduate (preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Management).

• Must be proactive, organized, and comfortable talking to people.

• Prior experience in managing WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord communities is a plus.

• Should have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.

• Interest in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
