Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct 40 - 50 cold calls per day to leads from the LMS and explain about the upcoming product.

2. Send WhatsApp messages to engage and nurture leads post-call.

3. Use Canva to create marketing images for WhatsApp engagement based on the provided content calendar.

4. Qualify leads based on interest level and update their status in the LMS.

5. Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with warm leads.

6. Gather feedback from prospects on objections, concerns, or expectations.

7. Maintain call logs and engagement reports to self-evaluate performance.

Other requirements

1. Any undergraduate or recent graduate (preferably in business, marketing, or commerce).

2. Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi/Kannada.

3. Should be comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.

4. Basic knowledge of Canva, WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

5. Should be proactive in following up with leads and tracking progress.

6. Knowledge of the real estate market is a huge plus.

7. Must have a laptop and a phone.
